In this role, you’ll do more than deliver snacks and safety briefings — you’ll be a storyteller in motion, ensuring every passenger feels welcome, safe, and seen. Whether helping a first-time flyer, calming a nervous traveler, or celebrating a milestone moment in the sky, your empathy and energy will make a lasting impact. Your journey begins at our state-of-the-art Inflight Training Center in Seattle, where you’ll receive paid, hands-on instruction in FAA safety compliance, emergency response, hospitality, conflict resolution, and cross-cultural communication. You’ll also train in real aircraft simulators, learning to adapt to unpredictable conditions with calm and confidence.
