As a Flight Attendant, you’ll be part of an airline known for its genuine care, Pacific Northwest roots, and commitment to creating travel experiences that feel as personal as they are professional. In this role, you’ll do more than deliver snacks and safety briefings — you’ll be a storyteller in motion, ensuring every passenger feels welcome, safe, and seen. Whether helping a first-time flyer, calming a nervous traveler, or celebrating a milestone moment in the sky, your empathy and energy will make a lasting impact. Your journey begins at our state-of-the-art Inflight Training Center in Seattle, where you’ll receive paid, hands-on instruction in FAA safety compliance, emergency response, hospitality, conflict resolution, and cross-cultural communication. You’ll also train in real aircraft simulators, learning to adapt to unpredictable conditions with calm and confidence.
